Yeah I got some dogs, 3 poodles. They can be cuddly which is good =).

Pretty much what happened was a customer ordered 2 meals but didnt realize she was asking for the wrong thing she intended to order. Later on after she realized it wasnt what she wanted, she ended up coming back to where i was in front counter area and tossed the burgers at me while i was cleaning. I turned around and was like =S wtf, then she exploded with rage at saying i gave her the wrong order. (She ordered a double crunch burger which is also called the streetwise meal, but she was meant to ask for a double combo which is a complete different burger) I was still in shock at the fact she threw food at me and was treating me like garbage. Then later on after the manager had to come out and stop her from carrying on, he had to fixed up the order for her. (We have to do what the customer wants since its store policies) and when i repacked her new order the whole time for about 5 minutes, she was constantly lecturing me about what I did wrong. the point was SHE made the mistake, then took it out on me for it. (her son actually did the orders and mixed up the order with something else)

Its just sad how people can treat you appallingly. I've only just gotten over it, since th!s happened 3 nights ago.

I think the whole "The customer is always right" idea at fast food joints is complete bs. It just lays the foundation for *** holes to be *** holes to the employees and I've seen it used to get free food soooooooooooooooooooo often.

One time a customer was sitting at another counter, while i was standing at the counter i had to use. She was staring at me to say asif i was supposed to go down there and serve her, but none of those tills have money. So I just asked nicely if she could come to my register please. The second she came up after i greeted her, she was all like OH, so you're going to be mean now? I was very confused thinking wtf? then yeah i just said i was trying to serve her. She put it aside and asked about family meals or something, I had to explain to her we were closing soon and didnt have much stock left, while i was talking she interrupted me and told me "oh dont worry about it, I dont want to buy food off nasty people like you." Then walked away, while doing th!s in front of her kids. I was completely mind****ed and confused and thought lul w/e.

She actually came back later and asked if she could speak to the manager, so i was like =S alright and got him. The funny part comes up where she actually complained about me to the manager saying i should be sacked from my job from serving her in such a horrible way, and that i was a disgrace to mankind. It was completely crazy. What the hell was wrong with th!s chick and why the hell did she have a vendetta against me? You get some ****ed up **** happen at fast food stores.

That's only another one of the stores, I could go on for hours about other times customers do annoying stuff.

I got called alot of nasty names by the customer who threw the burgers at me, and now my confidence has dropped along with it. =/

Don't be sorry for venting here, it's ok. :o I'm at least glad you have some poodles that can help some.
That's really ridiculous that people take whatever's wrong with them out on other people. _>< And don't let your confidence drop because of other people, because if they're irked enough to take it out on you then something's really wrong with them, not you. :o Just try to ignore it, even though I know it's hard, and think about what makes/has made you happy. Maybe play some MvC3 to take your mind off it. :o

My thoughts exactly. To be honest, it's for this reason I don't like going to places like McDonald's, since you're bound to find one person who'll act like a total loser. Granted, it won't have anything to do with me, but my mood and feelings are based on what's happening around me, and if there's negativity going on nearby, I will not be happy. :\
