Just finished season 1 right now.... omg that was amazing. I told myself I was gonna go to bed after season 1, but now I reeeeaally wanna start season 2

"more amazing than the rest of the cast" implies he's better than the rest of the cast. I doubt that's the case, but I've been wrecked by some Ike in B- and I like to consider myself pretty damned good at it (it's the smash game I enjoy the most, thus I play it the most lol). Think of him like Ganon but with a slightly diff playstyle. Bait and smack with your 20% damage moves then do the kill combos when they mess up bad enough. It's still just like brawl in that sense, just a lot more tools for aggressive baiting.


As for Dexter: I only kind of watched it while my room mate watched it but still loved it. Saw this in a string of reddit comments unrelated to Dexter:

What about a lesbian serial killer?
-Would it be a lesbian that kills a lot of people?
--Probably a serial killer that kills lesbians.
---Why not a lesbian that kills lots lesbians?

i jsut meant waht have they changed thats so amazingly broken, like r.o.bs laser for example

to be honest, I was a little disappointed in 2, but I still loved it.
It just didn't meet the hype that 1 had for me. And I don't think that gets matched until like season 4.

in a nut shell, if it ever gets boring...it will get mucho better; promise.

I never follow TV shows. I tried True Blood but it just didn't hold my attention like Dexter did. it could be the mk serial killer in me ^__^

Landing lag on all of his aerials was greatly reduced, which was imo his biggest weakness in Brawl. One or two of his aerials were given earlier IASA points. Uptilt was sped up and has less end lag. Dtilt was sped up and has less end lag. Aerial side B(quickdraw) doesn't go into free fall, can be cancelled into anything I believe... aerials, airdodge, eruption, aether, another quickdraw, Counter(lol). Grounded quickdraw has the same IASA except usually jab is the best option. Counter has a 1/100 chance to one hit KO, and it's weak counters have been buffed to not completely suck like vBrawl counter. Aether heals you 5% on the last hit because that is canon to Fire Emblem games. When you up-air, you can mash the A button to start gaining upwards momentum similar to Luigi down-B, it's the Ike-copter. Eruption can be charged and kept like charging a Samus charge shot. When the charge hit's max, Ike says prepare yourself, then you can shield cancel it, maintain the charge, and you have an instant fully charged eruption.

Ike's up throw is a Shoryuken, it kills. D throw is similar to snakes d throw. F throw/Bthrow were only slightly modified.

I believe that's it, besides global changes.

Just finished Angel Beats and FINALLY a 13 epi anime that deserves to be 13 epis. Perfect length for the story they wanted to tell and the way they told it. Pretty good.

I love Angel Beats, it's probably my second favorite anime right now. Plus, a new OVA just came out yesterday. It's hilarious, you should look it up, it's called Stairway to Heaven.

I'm about to start the last arc in the first season of Higurashi. I'm really enjoying it so far, and things actually kinda make sense now. :p

Also, I just saw FLCL for the first time, and rewatched the first 6 episodes of Haruhi today with people in a theater room. It was a good day for anime. :D

I'ma pass on the OVA. The humor was alright, but I wouldn't recommend it for it's humor...other than TK. That dude is hilarious just cause he perfectly portrays how English is used in Japan. lmao

Well, there's not really much story-wise they can do with it anymore, so it's more comedy oriented for the OVA, I think it's still worth the watch though. Lots of TK in it. :) An epilogue is supposed to come out soon too, not sure when that's happening though.

I haven't seen much in the way of old stuff, sadly. The only notable reference I remember from it was South Park, haha.

Sudai, TK is my favorite Angel Beats character if you couldn't tell by the sig, and he is in quite a lot of the OVA. There is also an epilogue being released soon that is supposed to be more serious. Glad it sounds like you liked it, even if it wasn't that amazing for you. :)

FLCL was awesome for me again... like the 999999th time I've seen it. Sooooo many references.

I wouldn't say it's TK heavy, there's just a lot more of him than usual episodes.

I'm reading an ecchi called My Balls and it's hilarious. A demoness that's going to destroy the world gets accidentally sealed in some guys balls and he can't come or else she'll be released and it's the end of the world. :3
