Does anybody know if the mii fighters will have their own slot?, i saw someone saying that the treehouse guys said that they would replace the random slot if you turn customization on, but i can't find the moment where they say that. Can anybody confirm this?.

I think we'll see Ness or Lucas next at post release going by the third Sal leak, we will most likely get Wario, Captain Falcon, and Metaknight as the release gets closer.

The only reason I used his Galaxy artwork is because it was the only official art that showed up on google images for me (besides, the only difference between his Galaxy and 3DWorld/TT look is his explorer's outfit).@RankoChan
You have shown me nothing but ignorance and are conveniently using the Galaxy appearance for Captain Toad as opposed to the more relevant appearance from 3D World and his own game (which would be how he would appear in Smash) to make a point.

The third part of the leak never truly did say that Lucas is cut so I just put him there just for hope.

Lucina over Chrom? Because I have a huge bias against Chrom, I find her more unique than Chrom, and she's as important to the story as both Chrom and Robin. I also wouldn't mind Robin or Anna (heck, I had Robin on alot of my rosters before)
I can imagine Snake being one of the last characters revealed, and I don't really find having Mario, Sonic, Megaman, and Pac-Man being found amazing hurting his chances, Snake still has almost no reason to leave.
I take all leaks with a grain of salt, and it's still possible for it to be fake, although it does look very likely at this point in time. That, and I just don't like rosters that have all of Sal's characters, as they seem to lake creativity to me.
EDIT: Also regarding Sal, his information (if true) is obviously outdated, so any character who he's says is playable could have been scrapped, or outright replaced.
You can replace Toad with any other viable Mario character, as I know he's pretty unlikely.

If they wanted Lucas in then they'd just put him in. I'm no programmer but I would imagine creating a character with similar qualities to an already existing character wouldn't be that difficult.

Villager has his Up Smash and a modified Side B, and his Final Smash has been obviously taken by Zamus. This does not mean he cannot be in. Characters share moves and there are similar Final Smashes. But he was not revealed yet on top of his dissected moveset so I am going to predict cut.

Honestly, it's a completely different character. I mean, Dr. Mario was planned for Brawl, but was cut due to time constraints. The same can happen again, and both of them can actually come back for DLC.

Ness and Lucas are very similar in weight and movement. Their specials are riffs on each other. I think it makes sense to merge their good qualities together and keep all the specials from both characters as either the regular specials or custom specials. So only one character is needed.
I would keep Ness. Lucas seemed like he snatched some qualities from Mewtwo such as Neutral air and Down Smash. Bring Mewtwo back.
I can't see it happening but as you stated before I have never made a game before, so what do I know. I personally wouldn't buy his Dlc because I would already have Ness, but clearly I'm in the minority.

He hasn't been wrong yet. Every character he predicted has been correct. There is a Rhythm Heaven enemy in Smash Run.
There isn't really much debate besides simply not wanting it.

Rosalina not being in the leak has nothing to do with Gematsu's credibility. Right now could be the phase on doing last minute clones, so Sakurai having a debate with Ness and Lucas isn't that far fetched.
OK then, but if you want to predict the roster, you have Gematsu by your side as your strategy guide.

By the way, the exclusion of Rosalina probably has to do with the fact that leaking her after she was confirmed months ago would of been redundant. Also keep in mind the first batch of characters were the first half of the leak anyway.
It doesn't seem excessive to be including this many non nintendo characters in a Nintendo game? If Snake comes back (which I hope he does) then I want a second sonic character as Dlc. XD

Not really, I've had 4 3rd party characters on a 50 character roster for a long time, and now that my roster went up to about 55 (seeing as no trasformations are in the game anymore) that wouldn't really be that much. (And I'm severely doubting any 2nd character of the same company, let alone the same franchise)

Yes they are, Bamco are probably at the low priority character phase now
deciding who should be in the main roster and which to put in the Forbidden Seven, I'm most confident about that.

I'm conflicted on the leak. I think the newcomers are spot on, at least the ones he has predicted. I mean, he predicted "Mii Fighter". I think he knows something. There could be some exaggerations in there, I'm sure of it, but the man should know something.
