The only thing I'm not terribly fond of regarding Miis is that there are three of them. Three separate developments, it takes a lot of time that could have been taken away from other characters. I'm sure they'll receive a lot of blame if the roster is smaller than expected, or even if certain characters don't make the cut that were expected.

That being said, they look fun to play, and I almost guarantee everybody will like at least one of the three styles.

It's really depressing to see Miis playable and all the effort they've wasted on them (3 versions and a load of moves).

Palutena saved the event in terms of Smash news.

That's just the thing. It's not innovative.


Because it doesn't have to be. The whole thing is based off of being who you want, however you want. Everything isn't going to be super-unique, not every newcomer is going to be Wow Sparkles, some might seem more bland. Palutena suffers from this just as Mii's do. So now that the Mii's are in, we accept it and roll forth. All right? Nothing personal, just business.

The Mii Fighter in the middle looks just like my Mii.

I really like how the Miis turn out, but nothing tops Palutena.

-I feel that Miis are going to be the ROB of SSB4. They'll get yelled at by it's non-fans simply because they exist. And they'll get yelled at be their own fans if they aren't customizable. And God forbid they are, that's a whole other story.

I was 99% sure both of the revealed newcomers were in the game already, so these reveals were a bit dissapointing. Hopefully we'll get some surprises later.

omg get out that's amazing. The mouths were all drawn in the same style as Robot Chicken, which is in particular why it looked so similar to me, but I'm amazed that Seth Green did that. God, I love Nintendo sometimes.

And cartoon network, but that's neither here nor there.

Thanks, you're right, you can catch a glimpse of it on the gamepad. I was definitely too busy laughing to notice. I wonder if there are any spoilers for me to garner from it. Excuse me while I inspect that 2 seconds of video for several hours.

I wouldn't worry about it. One thing I noticed is that the Mii's borrow a LOT of aspects from other movesets from fighters already in the game.
