Exclamation marks are random characters, pick who you want that fits there. We'll construct the roster together, as a group. So, tell me what you think goes where, and we'll do DK reps today.

Actually, I'm being more realistic than greedy. I don't think Sakurai cares if we just had characters shown. He showed Sonic off a matter of days after Toon Link.

But that was one character, not five. Everything is good in moderation, and that includes Smash reveals.

It may just be Lucas instead of Ness. But I do <3 ness more distinct look than the rest of the cast. Dat red cap.

Fair enough. That's why I'm skeptical on them being revealed. But I don't think there's a better time. But we'll see on Thursday!

What do you guys think bout that leak char roster image looks really legit. There's only 4 cuts from brawl. Snake, R.O.B, Lucas, and wolf. U think there will be 6-10 newcomers as unlockables? So 39 on that screen leak + 6-10 = total of 45-49 char.

If Jigglypuff isn't in the same goddamn pose as it is in every official artwork for Smash and if G&W isn't ringing his bell, those are surefire signs a CSS is fake.

Gawd how bad I want to shrug PAC man off for another Namco char. Even in street fighter x tekken, PAC man needed a giant robot to fight cuz he didn't have many moves himself. PAC man needs to have moves that can make him unique from the rest. I just don't see it and neither does sakurai as he mentioned way back at an interview. Therefore the most likely one is lylord, from tales of symphonia which was on GameCube. Also soul caliber had him and his very "POPULAR IN JAPAN". His got the blue and red sword referencing the blue and red on Final destination and the two games ssb4 being red and Ssb5 being blue flames.

I agree with little mac that pissed them off actually. Takamaku is a retro if he gets in we have gotten Japanese exclusive fighter before. 3rd part is different though Sakurai has a lot tougher criteria for that

Same will go for Namco and if they do mention PAC man they really need to convince sakurai on it cuz in a interview sakurai can't see PAC man being in the next Ssb. think about it this way. Six months last year yielded 19 characters, so far we have 10 characters this six months. If we're going to be getting the same amount of character reveals as the previous six months, then we need 9 more.
In terms of veterans alone we need 8 more.

He has two elemental blades, iirc.
(There are still dozens of different sword styles and archetypes that smash hasn't tapped into either.)

I'd say Chrom, Shulk, Palutena, in that order. Mii and Pac-Man are much better suited for E3.

I know were lloyd is oringaly from only because i heed his name a few times and had to actually look him up because i had no clue who he was. I'm just saying that if Namco gets someone more chance of it being pac man then Lloyd.
