I personally think it's unlikely though. Dr. Mario using FLUDD doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

Impa hardly had a presence in Ocarina of Time, though. Sheik was there almost the entire second half of the game.
She was also technically Zelda, who was the second most important character in the game.

Well that's why if we were just basing things on OoT, Sheik makes sense, but bringing the whole series into the picture, it's clear who has had the bigger presence.
And yeah, her being Zelda is the whole reason she likely was included in the first place. But it's not like she remained an important facet of Zelda past OoT, which is only one game in a relatively large series. On the other hand, Impa did retain some level of importance. But Smash is Smash.

I'd like to see a Doctor Mario Costume. Though I don't think it'll happen for one reason or another. I wouldn't mind being wrong about that though. Then again, this is coming from a guy who wouldn't mind having the good doctor come back as a DLC character. Since he'd likely keep the Melee moveset.

At this point I don't see why Sakurai, Game Freak, or the Pokemon Company would rather have Jigglypuff in over Mewtwo. I'm pretty sure Game Freak is really pushing for the really big popular Pokemon right now, which Charizard, Lucario, and Greninja are. I'm sure they're also pushing for Mewtwo, and how could Sakurai say no to the most wanted character's inclusion especially when he has so much merit and when Game Freak is most likely pushing for his inclusion. Not to mention we already know that they're "thinking about it."

When push came to shove in Brawl's development, Sakurai opted for Jigglypuff instead of Mewtwo as she was easier to make. That said Mewtwo will likely have a much higher priority this time.

She does have a decent chance of getting a new move or two, utilizing the fairy type. Just look at the changes the veterans got.

Who's to say that we can't have Jigglypuff and Mewtwo? Pokemon is a VERY popular franchise, with a gigantic cast of characters that grows by the dozens per game. It is a weird case in the world of Smash, as almost every other series has the same main characters throughout the series. But Pokemon doesn't work that way. Pokemon is a case where seeing six characters is justified, in my opinion.

There's also the fact that Jigglypuff and Mewtwo are two of my favorite Pokemon ever, so I'd prefer not to see them fight over a single slot...

It's not like Jigglypuff is the face of Fairy types or something. If they found typing to be very important we would have seen a dark/steel type Pokemon in Melee and a grass starter now to go along with Charizard and Greninja.

I love it but as much as I'd like to see the Tactician he/she seems a little unlikely.
But altogether it's a very good roster I assume some people are gonna complain about those few characters not being on it but I like it good work.

I'll be happy either way, since, like I said, both are some of my favorite Pokemon. But the closest thing to a cap on roster slots that has been established is the universal enemy known as time. That's what cut Mewtwo and Roy in Brawl.

Pretty easy actually (at least for me).

Mewtwo was the 51st character, but I took him out because I felt that even though Pokemon could have 6 characters, Mewtwo is not as likely as Jiggylpuff. Might just do 55 because I am thinking with transformation cut and all.

I don't hate Ocarina of Time, I just find that it's very overrated. It's like the people that can't get off Red/Blue and call ALL the other games in the series crap because it's not the same game. I get tired of seeing people bash every other Zelda game and claim that OoT is the only good one. I actually own it and think it's good, just not as good as people make it out to be.

Well considering that Robin's character is more defined than Red, and you are specifically choosing the female iteration, I would just call her Robin. If you want to go with "Tactician" I would recommend using the hooded version.
