i hope SSB4 DLC characters ends up like this (I think it's a little too much for the 3ds version to handle it)
King k. Rool: the most voted character
Mach rider: the most popular choise for retro character (I am not sure)
Ray MK: big popularity In japan
Isaac: big popularity in outside of japan
Geno: the only 3rd party (or 2nd party if I am wrong) that his history is only with Nintendo and he is a part of Nintendo. and very popular in smash community
Ice climbers: it can work if sakurai really wants to bring them back but they should cut nana from popo and make her alt skin but make them stronger
Snake: the only 3rd party cut character from a huge company
Wolf: the most deserving cut veteran

Geno has been playable in 1 game and hasn't been used since the 2000's. Shantae's games have been on Nintendo first before ports came a few years later or so. Nintendo advertised Shantae as the only third party on the E-shop
Bomberman and Wario shared a game, Bomberman has loads of titles on Nintendo systems

Have you not read the article where Sakurai addresses Geno? He's the very definition of deconfirmed.

It doesn't matter if he was in 1 game he is still popular He is still the only 3rd party who history was ONLY in Nintendo games (Mario) and he is a part of Nintendo other 3rd party aren't

Because Wario and Bomberman is so nonexistent, you forgot to mention it when I said it. Geno isn't happening any time soon, especially as SE would rather use a FF or DQ character

It can happen he is still the most requested square Enix chatracter since brawl other square Enix characters are way far from him also sakurai said from now until the end it's going to be fan service

Geno is a relic that is unimportant to Mario and belongs to Square Enix who are really stingy with their characters and they'd rather have their big names like Cloud, Kefka, Slime and Black Mage in it.
We aren't getting THAT many characters and I doubt Geno will end up being voted high enough to be considered for DLC.

I can see Poochy's lava-resistant qualities shining through in lower Norfair. The monkey is a little too generic for me, but if he carries watermelons, I'd change my tune.How would you feel if we got

Falco has been changed enough that he could probably be considered a semi-clone at this point. Either way, definitely keep him; he's Fox's second in command after all.
Wolf is juuuust barely a semi-clone imo. Similar specials, build, and the same Final Smash. But the most different clone in the series that hasn't been fully diversified (Luigi, Jigglypuff).
tl;dr: Falco is more important, Wolf is more unique.
