Kinda dissapointed from what I've seen of the customization in XCX, I can't make my guy super fat or super buff, there's a boob slider for girls but I can't give my guy a puffy chest

That's kind of the issue.

had a good standard design without much variance, outside of hair and oufits.

Are always customized and are handled as such, though their moveset is somewhat generic in trade.

had a main unified look, but then options for customization around it but but it's the default that felt the most in line with the universe's standards.

Inklings are basically a Villager scenario... but "Cross" is basically a less-compatable Robin.

When someone said that a 2nd Xenoblade character, including X, being on the roster would be "more heinous than 3 KI characters."

There's not really a good reason to oppose a series with a triple A title on both of Nintendo's most recent consoles within the last five years getting two characters in Smash (particularly when there's enough variety between the two characters), unless you just plain don't like Xenoblade.

I've never played a Xenoblade game, but looking at 5mash roster choices... a second Xenoblade character is far from the most desperate, barrel-scraping idea.

I never said anything about being wrong or "greedy." More along the lines of Shulk feeling like old news because "new Xenoblade" rep is being thrown around like "DK rep" or "Metroid rep." In those cases it at least makes sense because neither series are new or have had new characters, but we've just gotten Shulk and now he's being pushed aside into the dusty attic for whatever new toy.

Because some people see it as "That one game and then Sakurai's sequel to it 25 years later that got way more material in Smash 4 than Metroid and DK." Even though most of the Smash Run parts were re-used assets from Uprising and is reused assets the character.... and there's that GB sequel that NOBODY talks about.

I certainly think Xenoblade has already earned a character with the revolutionarily evolved Xenoblade X. It's not as commonly suggested as a Metroid or DK character, and those who played Xenoblade know there are a load of memorable characters that would make a great fit for Smash. It's the main reason why people support Geno commonly because he's memorable and not just because Mario needs more characters, for example.

Personally I'd prefer Elma since she would represent the second Xenoblade game in addition to being its main character.
