Dr. Mario's render wasn't wrongly sized to the point where half his face is cut off, misaligned, and didn't match existing art 100%.
Anyone with an ounce of common sense would know it's fake just by looking at how poorly done the Wolf and Bandana Dee images are.

I am a geno fan and I did saw too many arts of geno but none of them looked like this but it's possible that this could an edit of the original geno model/art (maybe)I think that's already used art

I wouldn't mind Snake coming back, but I think it's pretty unlikely that Sakurai will add any third party characters as DLC.
I have this feeling that all Veterans will make a comeback (including Snake and Lucas) as Sakurai stated that he hates cuts and knows that every character has their own, large set of fans.

Third-Party DLC isn't impossible, I think it's pretty likely IMO, considering how incredibly well it would do for marketing.

Just yesterday we debunked a DLC video leak that had Mewtwo, Wolf, Isaac, and Bandana Dee. The artwork it used for Bandana Dee was the first thing that came up on google.
Edit: Yep, that's the same one. It's fake. NEXT!

Yeah, but we have yet for that to happen with Smash, that and the Wolf artwork sizing is not the same scale as Fox and Falco, which leads me to believe it's fake even more

Just compare the way the announcer says Mewtwo to this part from the direct to the clip:
If "leakers" are being vague about things, I have no reason to believe them. He's just banking on people being gullible, that's all. If he shows something more legitimate, then I'll bite. But until then, this looks like a fake.
