The date and venue is already completely locked down for June 10th - 12th. Happy 21st.

When you get the chance can you put how much it would cost for door fee and entry fee's. I wanna get an idea and easier to plan ahead of time.

A weekend badge is required for the whole weekend.

It'll go live by next week.

Early bird until February 28 for 25 then 30 bucks until end of may then 35 the week before and 40 at the event for late people.

Game fees I'm assuming whatever the standard is for smash.

Btw im the one that won the radio cooler with you at the hooters. I sold mine for $125 on ebay lol

Okay so I'm looking at $65 for this trip so far.(for me lol)

I should be able to make this still. I might even bring something for streaming.

We'll have to talk about that, I'm already spending an arm and a leg for a top of the line internet connection cause the stream channel we're using for Street Fighter tends to get over 10,000 viewers and we can't afford to mess any of that up. So there won't be any wifi in the Main Event Hall.

Welcome to video record and do whatever though.

Also I'll be sure to give 2 of my Projectors for Smash Melee and Brawl and set that up real nice.

Ahh understood. I'm not entirely sure whether I'd have a capture set-up by then anyway lol. Too bad though, ATL South Smash never streams anything. Another time I suppose.

SSFIV and MvC3 are the big draws of the tournament.

Those have to be streamed, especially since the events for both games are somewhat involved with seeding at EVO if I'm not mistaken.

Mhm I understand Smash just happens to have a nice little spot for it during the event. It'll be fun watching the other games live. Honestly I've never really looked much at the competitive scenes for the other fighters.(Guilty Gear is the one I've seen the most of though x3)

Oh yeah, soo entering Melee also.

I have everything up and Running for CEOgaming with hotel registration and everything, But I'll have Plank post up the official thread sometime soon. Hungrybox and I are really excited about this event in general. The Hype on the Street Fighter Side keeps getting bigger and bigger everyday so hopefully the Smashers are feeling good too about it.
