We're forced to travel to whole new planets. We love you too, Captain Olimar... about as much as your (multi)colored slaves love you, as you throw them around. Abuse the heavy one! They do more damage! Collect the white ones! They are more valuable, as they poison your enemies!

Don't even get me started on Norfair.

At this point, its blatantly obvious that Sakurai is trying to influence us through our favorite media. And our children! Smashers are growing up, and having kids! Jam Stunna and Mrs. Stunna, in the North! Ihatethecape, in the south! The message Nintendo is trying to reach your children with is simple -- pay attention to what we have to say, or... or... just look at what will happen to your once Mushroomy Kingdom! Decades have past, and the all natural beauty of World 1-1 has diminished into nothing!

The sooner we all realize that Brawl is just a liberal scam, conning our generation and beyond by infiltrating our media of choice, the sooner we will be able to put down this wretched piece of "advanced" technology in favor of the familiar, established, and dare I say acceptably balanced system of Melee.

It's always nice to announce your intention of going, how many people are coming with you, whether or not you can bring a cube/tv, etc., so the organizers can get a good idea of how many people to expect. But it's not really a requirement, and walk-ins are always welcome. Just get there before sign-ups end (it should say what time that is in the first post) and play a ****ton of friendlies before pools/brackets start.

There was a little issue getting the form in today. Apprently Prac had intended on having a tourny this same weekend, forms got mixed up with different people, but in the end we solved it, and G4S5 will be happening.

Speaking of Prac, he reminded/suggested some things to me:

We COULD potentially provide food. However, doing this we'd have to charge a door fee. I'll be discussing this with Alpha, and of course if you guys want to pay a door fee. It will be completely up to the majority. (I am personally against a door fee lol. If I am going to spend 5$, I want to spend it where I want So there's a vote for No to start lol). The rest of you just post your opinions on it please.

I tried to see if CSU could lend us TVs, but it's a no-go for the moment (we'd have to go through more bull**** form filling). So TVs are very essential from you guys. Please help!

Speaking of food above, this is an issue we have to address. The times you guys are free to leave without risking losing your spots in the tourny. This time around I may end up having to enforce the Mage's DQ Rule (I'd make it less strict though, a 1 minute thing is kinda iffy to me >.> ) I'll elaborate more specifically on a later but, the last tournament we had a problem with people leaving and not coming back within the time limit. This delayed things heavily, and as you know other events like a Crew Battle or Low Tiers were unable to go down. If we can get this tourny done with quickly, that opens up time for us to do a Crew Battle or Low Tiers or something whacky along those lines.

So uh....... **** I think that's everything I have on my mind.......

I say NO to $5 Door Fee!!!

Why spend $5 when you can go to Burger King down the street and by a Whopper Value meal cheaper than $5...

The door fee money can actually be used for money matches, and it'll be up to the smashers for them to use it in a match or so. If they lose, too bad. But if they win...HELLZ YEAH!!!!
