Pingu is main character from Pingu series of the Same Name. Pingu is a penguin, who does his "noot noot" sound with his beak and he goes through random adventures on Antarctica Depictedin Cartoon.
Pingu is also Iconic Stop-Motion character and that's why it deserves to be in Racing Game.

He could drive on his Scooter on land, Fly by Sleighs and swim on Chunk of Ice.

I nominate Pingu, because he coukd be Stop-Motion rep and he could be Iconic addition due to his memes and being popular for Worldwide Audiences like West or East. Pingu could have unique Vehicle pick for the game and that's why he could be included into game.

He really needs no introduction but Thomas is from a book series called The Railway Series. The TV series however is way more iconic (you may know it as Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends). The show back then for the first 12 seasons did use stop motion photography along with models of locomotives and other vehicles so he should count for the job. He's hella iconic and we are lacking a rep to represent animated shows from Europe. Not only that, he would be one of the older characters as well. He may have originated from a book but would be crazy in a racing game. This would be a really unique idea.

There are many different combinations of the different popular thread topics, two topics however have never been put together, animation and racing.

Well today that will be over as this thread is dedicated to the creation of a cartoon racing game crossover, with a mix of various gamplay mechanics from other franchises.

This will specifically deal with western animation, not anime as I personally am not all that knowledgable of it.

This will take the Sonic and All Star approach to racing, each character will have a vehicle capable of changing from a car to plane to boat and each course will take advantage of a specific facet of those transformations. It also featured Diddy Kong Racing's stackable items where chaining the same will upgrade and change it.

Yeah when making map submissions, make sure you stay as close to the description of the track submission as possible, the name of the track has a link to the description and make sure you label where the goal, item boxes, and which parts are Land/Sea/Air sections

Yeah the rules are that the map has to be close to the orginal submission, not exactly close as you change some stuff if you justify it, you also need to label the goal (since this is a lap based track) item boxes, and the places where the land and sea sections as well as other information you can add, that way the track wont diverge from its orginal vision as much

What a better way to start a new cup then to start in a one lap stage, basically kinda like 3Ds Rainbow Road and Wuhu Loop, this stage takes place in the titular Rugrats location and has you explore a giant toy store, while the size of a mouse.

The stage is mainly in the air as you fly around the chaotic shopping goers, the various toys act as the perfect place for some high speed antics with some driving on the displays, there is even some possibilities for Nickelodeon cameos like rolling Logs dripping from the sky, Gak acting as a type of acid, and Slingshots skyrocket you across the various parts.

The first half is the previously mentioned description, the second half is a Battlefield in a toy city, the city is a classic kaiju Battlefield between two old foes

While avoiding Reptar's balls of fire, you drive a plane and ride around Thorg before the battle tosses you to the goal

It turns into a Hornet blaster of sorts that shoots bees at the opponent

You lob a giant explosive queen bee that explodes damaging honey on everyone

Time to come on down and meet some friends of mine

South Park

Land
This stage takes you through the sunny Colorado town of South Park. The entire stage would be rendered in the cut out style of the show
You Speed through the town, passing the various houses, filled with cameos. You'll drive through the school. During one point the ground will crack and Satan will appear, make sure you don't fall into hell. You'll drive through the woods, where Man bear pig will attempt to grab the fighters. The race ends back at the kid's houses.
