Do I really even have to tell you? You know as well as I do that you're scum. There is no point of hiding it, really. You should just give up and admit that you're scum at this point.

Giving up on a game is annoying and disrespectful to other players and you know that. I really do want to know why you think I'm scum. Show me evidence that I am, otherwise, I will not back off. I will even claim if necessary.

We shouldn't try to determine who's scum by looking at who's on or off the wagon. Some scum might like to jump on Town wagons (for obvious reasons) while others may intentionally stray from them because they might look good later by "not being responsible for the death of a Townie" (I don't recall that being used in this game but that doesn't mean it doesn't apply).

I singled him out because I have not looked at the others (Lyth, SSBF), and I kind of agree/think you could be getting somewhere with your post on both Guide and myself, although obviously I know that I'm town etc.

Furthermore I think those on the Exn vote are equally "scummy", since they could easily blend in, as a mafia member wants to do that.

Sorry for my V/LA. I had an important exam, and I needed every bit of final preparation I could get.

This is the worst scum case I've ever seen.

Yes, but apart from DZLE, I doubt I could do a better case on anyone from Day 1 play. Any other case would pretty much be:

"this guy's scum because he did **** all Day 1."

As I (thought) I made clear earlier, my read of Guide is overall neutral, but leaning scum more than town. I picked guide because I thought that some of the connections he did (and didn't) make on Day 1 were interesting. You asked me to pick a player and analyse them, so that's what I did.

You, if that's the best scum case you've got. Mafia isn't won by making a case on one person while ignoring everyone else. You picked a target and went after it with horseblinders on and have no idea what anyone else in the game is.

You asked me to analyse one player. I stick by that DZLE is scummiest imo. I stand by that Guide is neutral imo. Everyone else who is scummy imo, is due to lack of "contributing" (whatever you define that as). If you want my thoughts on another player, ask. I also contend that doing a scum case on a player who "didn't do much" Day 1 is next to useless.

Finally, why'd you go and call my case bull**** before guide had even had a chance to respond to it? I'm sure your words influenced his decision to ignore me, and I'd preferred to of seen it come from him rather than yourself. You gave him an unnecessary defence.

Vand, aside from DZLE I'm not a fan of OS's play or (as of late) yours.

Also, meh at Vanderzant's case on me. It only says basic things about what I've done, without saying what is inherently scummy about me. It even compliments me in a few cases. I appreciate that you're trying to move town along, Vander, but you need to try harder.

Conclusion: Ermac is scummy because he didn't really do anything notable on Day 1. Apart from voting for Exn, and making/describing what other players did. Oh and he still hasn't done his analysis of me (which he promised many times).

Any other case would pretty much be: "this guy's scum because he did **** all Day 1."

All I can tell him is that the entirety of Day 1 revolved around Exn, so lynching him will allow people to get better reads on those who were involved with him. It's only logic, the hypocrisy of his "kill all inactives/useless guys" mentality, and the fact that he was playing overly-scummy that I voted for him.

I really dislike players who vote for the BW starter when really people seemed to have the same sort of mentality towards him as I did. Does that mean all of the people who voted for him should be lynched?

Meh. With the start of this day, I'll have to reread and analyze people some more, but I'm too tired to do that now, so I'll just go with this.

Nice OMGUS there. Also, did you even READ my post? Seriously.

My main point of contention here is not that you catalyzed (you didn't start it you just sped it up) the bandwagon (which doesn't exactly help you), but the way in which you did it. You were inactive for a while and then when prompted to contribute you posted huge pbpa's which basically restated what everyone had said before. Inexperienced scum tend to, to look like they are contributing, post large walls of text and in particular pbpa's. To make matters worse yours had absolutely NO new information that I could discern.

Also, Please don't skim. Learn peoples' names. I would vote you for this post if my vote wasn't already on you.

Eh, I was beyond tired (it was past midnight up here), so I guess I just kinda posted without thinking. Somehow I mistook Riddle for some other guy, since I've never seen him before and his mannerisms appeared familiar to me, but I couldn't quite put my finger on it. As for your analysis, I will do that today, except I'll split it up into 2 parts (first 20 pages, last 20 pages) to prevent a long-*** wall post.

Of course, I'm not going to do that right this second, as I'm only briefly checking in for a second to see what's going on.

Sorry again for writing incompetent bull**** yesterday. I usually make one such post per game. Next Thursday, I'll be much more active and willing to participate, so this type of post shouldn't happen again.

Just posting to let you guys know that I won't be able to post tonight. My grandfather's birthday was today, and I've been hanging out with him. We're about to go out to dinner, so I won't be able to post. I recently found out he has Parkinson's, so he probably doesn't have much longer to live (its his 81st birthday, btw). Its pretty important that I spend as much time with him as I can.

@Sworddancer: I think the reason why it took me so long are two factors:

1. I was more focused on Mafiascum games I'm in there and DBZ Mafia.

2. I wanted to think the post over before responding.

On other notes, I like the case on Dark Ermac. He has posted a lot of fluff back in Day 1 and now with the recent OMGUS vote that Riddle called Dark Ermac on, I'll Vote: Dark Ermac
