He technically is, but people can choose not to follow Unity. A lot of people, after Japan came here and whooped our "Best MKs that the rest of the world isn't on par with," were like OH **** WE SUCK DON'T BAN HIM OR WE ARE ****ED EVERY TIME THEY COME OVER!

Unity can change their minds if they want, but sadly I don't think that'll keep the community from being divided.

I mean it'd be nice if we could come up with a ruleset that everyone could agree on, which is what the Unity Ruleset was supposed to to do. But with both sides having people that are very rooted in their opinion of the ban I don't see us having an easy solution for the matter anytime soon (outside of having both MK banned and MK legal tournaments).
