I have an ati tv wonder pro, and i want to capture both line in audio (in game audio) as well as mic audio (commentary) at the same time.

anyone know of any software that allows this, I know homemade waffles does.

I'm not sure if WME can, though it's interesting idea.

You can always create multiple sources, though I'm not sure how it works with them, like how would it handle two video sources? up until now ive just had WME record the game like standard, and record commentary in an outside program like audacity and then sync it up and mess with audio levels in WMM. though il def look into this

Waffles doesn't actually use software that captures both in-game audio and microphone at the same time, or at least he didn't as of a few weeks ago. He records separately and syncs in commentary through Windows Movie Maker after the fact. It's a bit more tedious, but you don't need sophisticated software or equipment in the slightest.

Record your Matches as you normally would.

Then, with your Mic attached, fire up Audacity.

Then enjoy great success. :)

Or any other sound recorder works, except for the windows xp default one because as far as I'm aware, that caps out after a certain amount of time.

The vista sound recorder (if you use vista) is perfect.
