I'm not gonna lie... this game already frightens me.

Why... is Birdo in this game?

A few details:

- Catherine: Birdo-like character
- Nick (main character) mysteriously washes ashore, only to find that he has been instilled with the powers of Captain Rainbow
- rated CERO B
- “American hero” Captain Rainbow
- Wii, release date TBC
- Skip (Chibi-Robo) developed
- Nick loves ‘loud’ clothing
- Captain Rainbow uses a yo-yo in his finishing move
- Captain Rainbow is a TV show mascot, and kids aren’t tuning into the program.
- Nick travels to Mimin Island, a place where dreams are said to come true
- Instead of Nick’s dreams being granted, Captain Rainbow must grant the wishes of other island inhabitants
- Search the island for people to help
- The island is filled with classic Nintendo characters in-need of help (Birdo, NES Golf character, and many more)
- Nick is helped by Hikari, from the Japan-only adventure game Shin Onigashima

Is this... the new Nintendo IP? Is Captain Rainbow gonna be in the next Smash? Rofl

Also, that black haired girl is Hikari, from Shin Onigashima.

OMG, A-W-E-S-O-M-E! Finally Shin Onigashima gets some recognition.

This game is most likely coming to America, since it's most likely being shown at E3.

Besides, if they didn't, I would sink Japan.

Haha. Hopefully this will live up to expectations. I wonder if people will be able to deal with the character not being an emotionless mercenary though...

There's no way this game isn't coming out in the US. o_O

I think it's safe to assume that Nintendo's new IP isn't going to just be released in Japan.

Heh, I noticed that.

More than likely it's a warp pipe considering all the Nintendo cross-overing that's going on in this game.

All this game needs is Takamaru to show up, and this is officially game of the forever.

They should change the name for American release to Captain Rainbow Visible Spectrum of light.
Me, I want to see more of the game before I say THAT IS AWESOME!
Not to crazy about the name, I would prefer Captain Crunch, but that is a Reserved trademark name or something, Captain Falcon is taken.

Have you guys ever seen a American t.v. show or videogame that makes fun of japanese games? An example is the Simpsons game. Well this looks like one of those games. The weird thing is this game is Japanese. So it's them making fun of them self's.

HOLY ****! I never thought about something like that! If this game really is about helping older Nintendo characters, Takamaru and Sukapon need to make it in.

If they want it to sell in North America they'll have to change the name to something less..err, controversial? It looks pretty fun though, I'll probably buy it if it comes over to Canada.

Oh yeah, this trailer's... confusing?? I guess it's good that Nintendo's trying new things, but this is too bizarre for me to even comprehend.

Also, why are so many people saying he should be in SSB4? Why are they even talking about SSB4? Brawl hasn't even been out for a year. Are people that tired of it already...?
