There is no possible way that Chuck Norris could be Captain Falcon.
First off, this "Chuck Norris" you speak of... after watching many many videos of the tv show "Walker, Texas Ranger" I have noticed that all this grizzly man does... is roundhouse kick. Captain Falcon would never do such a thing, why extend your leg all the way out, when just a simple knee can do the job, even better.
Speed Racer's future was never revealed, until now... Now everyone knows, that he has moved on, he has put down his Mach 5, and hopped inside of the blue falcon.
Here is some more evidence, that they are both.. the same person:
What is the color of speedracer's shirt? BLUE, and the color of captain falcon's? BLUE! also, color of his "racer"? [blue falcon] IT'S BLUE...
and what is the color of speed racer's car? WHITE! what is the color of captain falcon's shirt? BLUE! Aah, but now you see.. so what about white? AAA HA! white is found on the Blue Falcon! it is the color of the font, that is on the racer.
^ unless he's kneeing.

At first i was gonna say, no he doesn't.. that's only in brawl, and F DAT SHEET

ok, lets look at the evidence
SR has a helmet similar to Falcon, and falcons is black and covers half of his face. this could be legit
helmets expode the second they touch norris' head, theres no way its him
although
Chuck norris is even more ripped than c falc. i believe hes wearing a toner reducing suit. no way is speed racer that ripped
then again, I have had a weird feeling that hes acually a result of a fusion dace of the both of them. WHILE WEARING THE EARINGS

now who's to say speed racer can't do that? with let's say.. a scarf? why do you think MELEE captain falcon doesn't have one? but brawl falcon does? Melee falcon is the falcon RIGHT after speed racer had put the scarf onto the clothesline of time. The reason brawl falcon came along with a scarf, is because he got very cold during the winter, and remembered how he felt like he was back at home, nice and warm with a scarf on, so he bought a replacement, and wears it to this day.
