Does anyone else feel funny about this post?

I feel like RR wanted to CC me, but knew it would be a bad idea.

If he was town, the only reason why he would want to lie about CC would be to have me lynched because he doesn't like my play, but later on he states that he feels I'm a dumb town.

But if he was scum, he would have loved to CC me and get away with it, but the fact that my partner would CC prevented him from making that mistake. I feel like he may have let his emotions/greed get the better of him here.

But maybe he was being ironic, he did say he was drinking.

...it was an obvious joke.

Just in case you missed that. I got confirmation on that. If it somehow turns out that Tako is scum, that means John blatantly lied to me, cuz he said we were standard Mason roles with zero alterations.

I can't imagine a scenario where the GM lying wouldn't be outrageously unfair. So obviously, it's the truth.

I'd like to point out to you that not all games have the GM playing it straight in private.

Nearly all of them have this clause (ripped from this game's rules):

I confirm that all information relayed from the Game Moderator in public is strictly accurate.

But not all (including this one) confirm the accuracy of information given in private. Some specifically tell you so, some don't.

I don't know what it is that you're looking for, but when Tako first did his whole "chatterbox fiasco plan", he technically had explained it to me in the QT. The problem is, I wasn't there to read it. He laid out his plan, then he proceeded with it before I weighed in. I didn't know what he had done for another 4 hours >_>

Can you paraphrase what the plan was? Tako still hasn't actually officially claimed his goals on that.

I think the obligatory solution is still to shoot Tako dead and shrug if he's town. I'm willing to believe Joker being Town Mason, but I'm not sold on his mod info on TakoTown being accurate atm.

I'll hammer off 194, but first Bardull has to decide if he wants to use his shot toDay or brave the night. I'd suggest Tako/Vinyl as excellent choices.

I don't usually say stuff, unless I consider it important. I like to reserve my words for myself if they look irrelevant.

But it looks like this is getting me into trouble.

@194: You have to shoot between Toaster, Red Ryu, and Vinyl. Then you have to vote one of the survivors and keep your vote there, though this doesn't necessarily mean they get lynched. Only one escapes your wrath. What do you do? (Hypothetical, of course)

At this point? I'd shoot Vinyl and vote Ryu. Ryu has been doing pretty much what I was doing before: little posting with possible lurking. When suspicious, this alone isn't enough to decrete him as scum (and that's why I wouldn't shoot him). Vinyl, in the other hand, has shown erratic behavior about other players, which, again combined with low activity, is more scum-leaning.
Toaster gets free of this situation mainly because the other two guys look more important imo.

I'll put my gloves on tomarrow for a hammer fist.

I have just one little problem with Bardull's case: if he's so convinced (and he looks like that), why hasn't he shot me yet?

Think about it. Bardull has clearly stated that he has a shooting ability, and that's the only thing about his game that can be proven (the rest of his game looks extremely pro town- probably a bit too much). If he's really a vig, he could get to confirm himself in the eyes of the town by shooting an easy target as me. If I was mafia, he would have gotten tons of town points. Shooting me as town would still be excusable (under the "but he was playing terrible, it was shouting scum to everyone, so I shot him") and still, with both, he would confirm himself. I am the perfect target for him!

@Bardull: why haven't you shot me? Do you intent to shoot someone else?

Too-townie/too pro-town isn't a scumtell and it never will be, this really just strikes me as an OMGUS by pressured scum on a player that has played a very pro-town game. I'm going to switch my vote to 194 as soon as I make sure that it's not a hammer.

You still didn't answer my full question: who would you shoot right now if it isn't me?

And I'm not postulating RR as scum: if I was, given the nature of the situation I was put in the question, wouldn't I have shot him instead of just vote him? My vote comes more in the flavor of "wake-up vote" rather than an "I want you lynched" vote, and that was indeed said in the question (that my vote wouldn't mean a lynch on that player).

About Vinyl: Vinyl's play in this game has shared some similarities to mine: Overall sheeping, sloppy and even contradictory reads (calling BSP pro-town, blaming him scum because of being pro-town and then calling him "the null of nulls", for instance). In fact, you have noticed some points about Vinyl better than me (like the "BSP is buddying" line and so on).

@BSP: I haven't found all the questions regarding me yet. I'm backtracking and answering them all and posting.

He hasn't popped his head out all that much so far. When he does, like recently, I don't like it. He seems all over the board, and he's reaching to look like he's doing something. I agree with Kantrip about his vote on me being odd because if he was following along, he should have realized how out of place that was. Now he's being all lurking and ****. I don't like it. He should claim, and explain his lack of content up until this point + why the content he does have stinks.

Why my low activity? Busy week so far. National holiday here, everyone is away of PCs most of the time celebrating.

Why my content so far sucks? Because I'm still fairly bad at this game. Not much else to say about it but a lot to do about it.

You made me this question. I answered it. This is what I was refering about an RR vote and a shot. You are trying to get wrong meanings from an answer YOU requested.
