Im not totally clear about the pokemon banned moves. Like are the self KO moves banned completely like you can't use them at all? Or you can't use them if both of the players have one pokemon? Also i don't see Guillotine in the list....so its not banned?

Guillotine is he just forgot to put it up. If self ko moves are used and you and your opponent have your last poke you lose automatically. and no DT/Minimize you cant put more than one poke to sleep at a time and you cant have your pokes holding 2 of the same item. and no hacked blissys. lol.
