Take The 2 or teh 5 train to Intervale avenue go down from the right walk up the block with construction mak a left at the corner walk straight cross the street (going straight) and its the red buildin to the left (only one entrance)

it doesn't matter what you do when you can't win. counterpicking won't get you far, he OHKOs every electric type in the game, heh. None of the electric pokes that outspeed him can OHKO him, so he kills them back.
