I was looking at the stage list again, and I realized some few things. There was no distinction between stages being neutral or counterpick, which kinda puts all the stages up for first match. The neutrals should be:
Battlefield
Final Destination
Smashville
Yoshi's Island
Lylat Cruise (since you didn't list Lylat)
Also I noticed you didn't have Halberd on the stage list. I suggest you add it. Also, let's not use Jungle Japes. It's a terrible stage. The counterpicks should look like this:
Frigate Orpheon
Rainbow Cruise
Pokemon Stadium 1
Delfino Plaza
Halberd
Castle Siege
Brinstar
Pictochat

Also since a ton of people seem to be going, I suggest that you increase the payouts to top 5. I think there will be enough money for that.

we may be providing food idk on that yet but there r places to eat like subway little cesArs pizza hut mcdonalds ect if we do provide food it would probably be a bunch of boxes of little cesars pizza and to the top 5 payout will see how many people show up on saturday also please bring some wiis and TVs
