That multi-channel stream reminds me of Mario Kart 8's front running beats. Depending on how you do it, the beats will be either "normal", or "loud". This depends on whether you make the frontrunning beats "Stereo" before doing the "Mix and Render", or just mix them together, when they're still technically two mono tracks.Yes. Speaking generally here, make sure if you're converting from ripped streams, you actually check the volume. The main focus is making BRSTMs that can be inserted into Brawl, MKWii, and other Wii games (and now 3DS games). Not everything is already loud enough to hear in-game, so we can't let ourselves get lazy.
When merging multichannel songs, the volume will need to be adjusted for the different audio pairs. If it doesn't sound right to you, make adjustments. I'm working on getting exact volume levels out of bcsars/bfsars, so hopefully we'll be able to use those as a reference in the future.

This is how it should have been in MK8. Also, is it just me or is the credits theme of Mario Kart 64 THE best Mario Kart credits theme ever still? Maybe it's just me, but almost everytime I hear it, it's just literally eye-wateringly beautiful (seriously).
