Assett1 on FFShrine is going to do some remastering of the soundtrack (I think maybe from USFs). I'm assuming they'll sound even better than the OST.

There's only one pro and one con of the OST and USFs.

The con about the USFs is that they're too slow (not like OMG I'm bored, but still noticable, by factor of maybe 1 minute to just over a minute, maybe 3 seconds or so).
However, the con about the OSTs is that sometimes they don't even go through one loop, let alone two loops, so really USFs are the best option if it's only the looping you're worried about. OF course, if the remastering that assett1 is good, you or I could use those XD

Obviously, my worry is what will be done about indie game soundtracks.
Sure, big names get an icon. What about Iji, Hero Core, Cave Story, etc etc.

I suppose we could split them by the icon of choice by their developers.

All Studio Pixel things would get Quote's head.
All NIGORO things would get their little atari-style swordsman.
All Remar things would get..I'm guessing Flip Hero, since that was his first creation.

Well, I can say that all these logos look great, just remember, try not to alter the logo base image's height, if the icon needs more space, the right side of the base logo can be enlarged.

There's probably a few OOT or MM BRSTMs to be done, and maybe a few old ones like A Link to the Past, Link's Awakening, Link's Adventure (or whatever Zelda '2' is called), etc.

Ok, I'll probably brush up on those in my next crusade thanks for the info, moose and TUK. A Link to the Past has one of the best soundtracks in the series (Dark World themes, Fairy Fountain, Zelda's Lullaby, Kakariko Village, among others), and Zelda 2 is "The Adventure of Link" (same thing, basically, not like anyone really cares)

414 MB in about an hour?
Wait, that's... what is that? about 1 Mbps.
Of course, moosey's is much faster. About 5 MB/s IIRC, which is like... 50 times faster?
Yes, I do know the difference between bits and bytes. My upload speed is 1 Mbps, his is 50 Mbps. Equivalently, mine's about 125 kB/s, his is around 5 MB/s or 4.8 MB/s if you wish.

Or 396 MB compressed.... I dunno, it's not exactly 76 GB anyhow.

Also, do you know the total amount of space used up by all the files that I backed up, including the multiple database backups?
That's right.... 78,70,105,274 bytes... or 73.3 GB

Yeah, this is because the SQL records for these games are not in the MySQL database which the website is trying to retrieve song lists from.

That's a pretty big step, though. The preview function is one of my favorite features of the site. I wish more sites had a preview function where you could listen to songs before you download them (granted, some do, but not all...it's a nice feature to have, IMO). Hopefully that'll be up in a bit.
