I like Peach's representation in Smash the most. Well, her personality in Paper Mario is good too. I just like when she's sassy. Her victory quotes and stuff are gold. She's cute but in almost a comedic way.

Lucina is too straightforward to really require me to learn anything, and I've never really bothered with Peach. I'm also not a fan of the puppeteer archetype (Rosa)...and I always hate myself when I play Palutena, WFT or Zelda LOL

...did I miss anyone? Jigglypuff, maybe, depending on who you ask? Its eyes scare me in this version

That's the color I use all the time. I don't think it's based on Bowletta though. Bowletta still sported Bowser's Red Hair.

I kinda wish we had Dark Star Core Bowser though. The Blue Bowser is from Lost Levels I think?

That's not to say that every costume has to be a reference or a nod to something, but that seems way too coincidental considering how bad some of the costumes in this game are. It just seems like an extremely lazy palette swap to me otherwise.

They would have made the Horns Pink themselves if that was the case.

I was initially planning to grab a 2DS since the whole 3D thing is both unnecessary and just not very good in my opinion, but now that they announced those smexy Majora's Mask 3DS... also the 2DS looks -really- clunky, I find it difficult to understand why they would change the physical design that much and take away the hinge...

This is basically it. It was designed as a 3DS that's not as easy to destroy at the hands of toddlers getting salty in For Glory.
