Bias against Final Destination

I've noticed that it's advised NOT to pick FD. It the stage BAD for Mario or is it just better for many characters?

The lip is also pretty stupid sometimes for recovering...I think one of his weaker neutrals, but it's a lot better then Yoshi's Island.

I actually -REALLY- enjoy Final Destination in some matchups (like where I play gay), and find it to be one of my personal best Neutrals.

Mabye it's just my playstyle, though.

Again yes, depends on who your fighting. I usually like to take Metaknight's, Marth's, etc here. But going FD vs Dedede, Falco=bad.

Eh, it's an alright stage for Mario. I personally think he's better on stages with platforms for most matchups though. This belief is also because I deeply enjoy the existence of platforms, myself.

Someone like Ike is really easy to beat on FD however, since Ike really doesn't have many options against Mario. Similarly Mario does better against Donkey Kong and Bowser on this stage.

And it's also worth picking against MK and G&W who have a lot of platform abuse strategies. Snake however yeah, you want to take him to BF.

Usually when fighting noobs, I ban FD. The "oh ****" look on their face is priceless, because that's what they most likely only play on xD

But then, I get ready to play on Smashville x.x

i think it's just:
Falco=lasercamp
FD=lasercamp
cape=eat **** lasercamp

i think we can play very campy on falco by caping all of his lasers and taking him space, forcing him to the edge where we can fireball camp and he can't shot his pewpews so that he has to approach without lasers and stuffs like dsmash gives us the opportunity for a gimp (with FLUDD ,cape or nair but i prefer FLUDD)

Falco is one of my best high/toptier MU

Because Falco's best stage is BF due to the fact he's **** near impossible to gimp due to platforms.

I take Falco to Delfino Plaza usually, so he can't use his lasers as frequently. Sometimes Rainbow Cruise, if it's not banned lol

WHen it comes to FD, I honestly don't like it much because I like having some platforms and I'm normally taken there by characters with good ground games or really campy (TL, Falco, Diddy, etc). It's not a bad Mario stage per se, but I think it's one of his Personally, I like going to Yoshi's. I think it's a pretty good Mario stage.

The only two people i will not play on FD are ICs and D3. if its left up to me i usually pick YI or SV because i like those boards a lot ^_^

FD just gets boring after a while, such a large platform holding 2 characters.. I sub it in with Smashville because it's smaller and more interesting to look at. I personally just do Battlefield for everything.
