I don't think it's making too much of a difference. The way the votes are being counted means that you can't really bring someone down by putting them last, so at this point if someone doesn't have Wife in their top 4 then it is irrelevant where Wife is placed in their vote from that point onward.

I don't think people have given it that much thought.

I don't have a problem with strategic voting. For example, I like the idea that voting could be done to guarantee someone you're at least partial to seeing rather than someone that you probably are not that interested in seeing.

No disrespect to anybody, I love all their personalities and what not but I'd rather opportunities like this to be spent on getting the most talented players available rather than more popular ones. That's purely from the perspective of improving Australia's skill level as a whole.

I prefer the open voting, that's why I've kept it open.

Let's say there's only a few votes separating someone coming or not (that's what it is like right now really) and me changing my preferences gives my own favorite a better chance then it being open gives me that chance.

But I would like to see the difference without it though, maybe next year?
