Ronike was a Nurse and we automatically assumed that he saved someone N2, HOWEVER the nurse role on the wiki states that nurse is a back-up only the night AFTER the doctor dies.......the doctor died Day 1, so his nurse save was only active Night 1. Which means that he Roleblocked Macman N2, the same night that no one died!
