Mic, important thing to note: We have a new smasher coming on Sunday. He seems somewhat insecure, cos he's fairly young and such, but let's try to welcome him as best we can.

Also, if everyone that have said that they'll come do come, then we may need another TV. Do you want me to bring one? Shall we con Mat into bringing one and I bring the cube?

yeah, we try, but most newbies show up for 1 or 2 smashfests and then just fade into the background. some dont even show up at all!

I'll be doing Safeway weekend work for some time up until the end of the year, but ofcourse, they know I have an Apprenticeship now, so they are looking for a replacement (as if they could really find one for ME! psh!) Finished my 3rd day of being an Apprentice today. Whew! Its hard work having to do all the dirty and repetitive stuff that the boss wont do anymore now that I'm here, but I guess its all worth learning because once I'm qualified and practising, I'll have to work out things on my own too. Anyway, just letting you know its hard work, but its rewarding. =]

met with shaz today and it was pretty darn good. i cheaped him out lots, like so much that i lost count of how many times. he won fox and doc matches with this thing called skill, but i dunno about that... seems more troublesome to use skill to win rather than cheapestry.

on another note, markarse owns with quite a few characters and i reckon he would probably own all the n00bs. you know who you n00bs are ;3

Poor Fishy, no memory card... Samus is a pretty cool character once you know how to use missiles, bombs and charge shot effectively. Also bomb-jumping isnt that hard really.

Hmm, no-one has posted on whether they would prefer the meet on Friday or Saturday.
Right now I'll assume that Friday is the preferred day, but I can change this to Sat, if more people would turn up on Sat rather than Friday. So please post by Wednesday.

lmao, dont do it mic, that controler has so much potential, if you end its life now it will be a waste plus thats like 10 years behind bars for whacking an aqua/blue green/turquois gamecube pad.

Actually Mikul i dont know if i can make it, Geelong is on the other side of the city to me, i might have to take the train but thats like a 3 hour trip just to play smash and another 3 houres back. I'll look at what options i have, cao and i might end up car pooling we'll just have to see.

I've taken a bit of time out to arrange people coming to Mikul's, but most people interested in Smashing aren't prepared to travel so far (uncluding myself) for a limited amount of Smash, just like falcophantism said earlier. Because of my currently impossibly busy schedule, the time spent to visit is less justifyable - just too much to do in so little time; I've already begun packing up my room and selling off some goods (incl. GameCube games, **GASP!! :O). And I don't even know whereabouts I'm gonna live yet, *GARH (Fox)*. Glothrenite and eRick have also told me they've been wanting to Smash it up, but no so far. If the meet is going to work, it'll have to have more than one TV set and be longer a meet, cus otherwise people are just going to look at bringing you back to Melbourne/N2C again, hahahar. Shaz is interested in offering to host you for the night (+ his complimentary top tier schoolin' etc) if it means you come to us instead.

Hooray for Sexy Perth Smash! Did you find my Bowser v Yoshi vids yet? Canada thought I was good based solely off vsing Kenton, LOLZ! But I want more vids for better representation of all of us, ja know? Otherwise Kenton will just suffer more.... XD poor guy.
