To my knowledge Quez, Ryan and Mic have expressed their interest in coming to Melbourne this December, not next year. I wouldn't trust Melbourne or any other East Coast city for that matter to host an Aussie Smash Tourney in the future, or at least one that's as well run/well attended. Melbourne is just Smash capital, sorry.

As for the rest of Perth, stop *****ing on the boards and Bowser hug.

The people in melbourne may not understand the situation as much, because your scene is so populated and has a lot of fresh players, but perth's smash scene is just too small and has been that way for so long now, it has gotten stale. The reason why we have fallen for dota is it pretty much has the community that was missing from perth's smash scene.

LOL! Thats why you need someone like me in Perth, who can be one minute, taking on Em and Shaz with heart-pounding, crotch-thrusting action! Socking it to the big guys so to speak, and then the next minute, losing matches to people like Sebastian! XD What an assortment! Variety, its all there! No stale moves in Melb. *chck* YEHS!

Exams are gay and my parents are going all Asian on me, which sucks. Thus by the time I've gone through the massive yawn-fest that is VCE I'll probably have unlearned all the awesome skill that I've been getting VSing Benji lately (he switched to Mario and he is... effective).

But the cool thing is after exams are finished I'm 70% sure that I get free petrol as some sort of reward. I'll start the manly visits as soon as people stop inviting me to "school is finished" parties. Which means basically that as soon as school is out you can expect a visit from me!

So in reality he was responsible and not my brother. He states it’s a revenge thing and it’s personal, as for me I don’t really care.

hey hey everyone me again everyone in our team has had some major character changes i dont know why but anyways i changed caus i could beat almost every one with there own character which i know is kinda sad but hey it doesnt matter and also we have some awsome team videos but the lack of fire wire cables restrict the footage to the tapes at the moment anyways back to the topic well i changed from marth to both zelda and shiek in other words im not a ***** who just sticks with shiek K-0s has changed from shiek to the doc VYSE has changed from peach to the doc/mewtoo and well RUNE is still using fox but he might change his mind after vs him his fox against my zelda/shiek

Hah, you never can tell with smash though, so be careful. You're not exactly assuming you'll be really good really quick, but trust me on this, you don't know what it's like until you're playing us. I had the same problem.

I have no doubt that the veteran sydney smashers will kick the crap out of my Fox. It's just that I expect and know that i wil pick up the conrols and style of playing very quickly. About a day to learn the controls and fox's moves, that night to get into fox's advanced techniques and hopefully i will have my friend stay that night, cause he's been playing for quite a while. Though we have to unlock Marth for him.

I've been reading through threads of Wavedashing and other advanced ssbm tacics and hopefully i will learn them all rather quickly.

for a cheap entry fee of $20
so is that no fills or premium?
either way they're bred and born melee machines so practice is a must

The guy who just joined, Pr3dA+0r3 is my friend that i asked to get as Cube + Smash as well with me so we can learn together and do comps and stuff. he's 14 as well and lives near me. The only difference is that he actually has SSB and played it heaps.
