November 14: Team Tournaments
(2 man) Marvel vs. Capcom 2: $10 per team - 2/3matches – 3/5 finals – double elim
(2 man) Street Fighter 3: third Strike $10 per team – 1match- double elimination
(3 man) Capcom vs. Snk 2: $15 per team – 1 match- double elimination
(2 man) Guilty Gear #: AC: $10 per team – 1 match – double elimination
Team Brawl tournament: $10 per team -1match-double elimination
* Singles SSBM- $10 per player - Standard tournament rules for characters and stage selections

Odd number teams only: 3 minimum/ 5 maximum

November 15: Singles Matches

Street Fighter 3: Third Strike

• Gill is banned
• Winner must keep character and able to switch supers
• Loser can change all

Marvel vs. Capcom 2

whoa, cool. melee would be a nice addition, though. having brawl and no melee is disappointing. i like everything else, though, and i'll try to make this, if i can...

Melee would probably increase the overall attendance by about 30 people. You should find a way to include it!

So let me get this straight. You guys would like melee instead of brawl or in addition to brawl?

Also what would you guys want the singles buy in to be? $10 or $20

you should only do brawl doubles. brawl doubles is the only thing worth paying for in brawl.
In FL, you'll have a big snake/DDD campfest in singles finals.

i'll be in NewYork for my bday weekend, so I will miss out. :(

uh i was wondering

you don't seem to have any systems listed for any of the games, so unless you have arcade cabinets for each one (which would be sweet), i don't know which system to "bring my controllers and converters" for.

yea, the most popular thing seems to be havingmelee and brawl. having either one or the other wont get as many people, but thats obvious :laugh:

If you must have brawl then you should do brawl doubles and Melee singles. That way you can please the most people. Although if you do this then we'd miss out on Melee doubles .

I still think you should just cut brawl completely though.

probably gonna add melee...in that case you should keep entry to $10 per game. Since people paying for multiple games, parking, etc.

and dont drop any brawl for melee. just do singles and doubles for both games. dont listen to these kids who want one or the other :laugh:

thats funny..i can say the same thing about melee, but i wont cause i <3 zoro :laugh:

*for the record, i dont like melee. but im a civil person, and i dont want to see either smash scene completely die out, so im happy they still have tourneys

Nothing against brawl lovers or brawl. I think we all get the point and by now everyone has picked their side. So lets just play the **** game. I was trying so hard before to hate on brawl because at the time everyone was goin brawl crazy and eliminating melee. Now that things are normal i dont care about the existence of brawl.

oh no zoro, thats why i <3 you. you are one of the smart ones...the one who wants both games around still

theres plenty of others that just want brawl gone completely for one reason or another. THOSE are the kids that i dislike in the community. I dont care if people dont like brawl, but to want it completely gone out of the state is just dumb. Thats almost as dumb as that one tourney in LA banning metaknight
