So a disgruntled customer came into the office today, when I was the only one on duty, with a camcorder. It took me a few minutes to notice this camera, but once I did I was so pissed that they were recording me with out my consent that all I could do was stand there any smile and ask them to leave. I basically had to make sure I didn't say anything that would deface my company and the best way to do that is to say nothing at all. Although, the thought did cross my mind to practice my lucky star dance.

Did they legally have the right to record me or were they just infringing on my rights as a US citizen?



the daily lives of high school girl parts at the end of each episode have to be my favorite parts. If this show is gonna advertise all the way through like it's currently doing, it's not getting above a 7.

Depends if you're on private or public property. public they can film you whenever without asking in AR they can audio record you too. On private property it's trespassing unless the property is open to the public which your thingamagig obviously is.

However there's an easy way to get around it. Put up signs that say no filming or photography. They're entering into a contract with the owners at that point when they walk in that they won't film. Gives you legal grounds to call the police, otherwise they don't even have to leave and if they're forced too can even sue.

That's totally in every anime ever. This show just makes a joke out of it.

I think they're cute.

Square-Enix is only mediocre. It was stuff of Legends as SquareSoft...man I miss those good old days.

I don't really know anymore...
I'm in Fayetteville and I'll be hosting one hopefully in the end of April/early May. If we can get enough people to come over the summer, I can probably host some at a local game-store too. I haven't worked everything out, and I still need to hold a meeting, but we really want to get some tournaments going.

I need to find out what non university students have to do in order to enter though.

also good news that my spare pc will be running soon, about to go buy spare keyboard and mouse. Had to buy new power supply so got 600w for $49 at my work so not to shabby, and my graphics card is back , class was cancelled due to "personal reasons" .

so got 3 hours to do card swap add ram, install power supply and clean my room up a bit.

Sounds like a fun time.

Whoo buddy, Windows Startup Repair actually worked. Got an annoying virus that bluescreen'd startup in normal or safe mode, so I turned to the built-in functionality out of desperation. I mean really, how often does Windows actually fix itself? Thankfully, three hours later, I'm back in business.

I'll get to those tournies sometime this weekend. Today is funsies and tomorrow and Thursday are worksies, but then I'll have some free time.

Just got my spare computer working, do you have a windows 7 disk and stuff?
Bought a spare keyboard and mouse so it's all good to go except for the operating system. I guess I could be linux on it.

On which account? Because I can't be sure if you're talking smack, or if you're implying that you'll not likely be there with us in grand finals :)


And quite honestly, Jack and I both have gotten alot better since the last time we've played, and I believe history is quite indicative of our success in the past.

Dude if that anime is half as intense as the manga was... it gets bat**** insane.
