Anyways, I'll probably be too busy to enter more than 1 tournament this semester. So my ranking will probably go sht.

the panelists should probably come up with a standard for who is and isn't active. two tournaments out of the three or four each ranking period? or one tournament? i dunno.

You could do the SoCal. One tournament is considered active if you're already on the PR; two to be considered for getting on the PR.

And should the consideration be about if you enter or not too? Does doubles count? Is a teams PR possible?
