Can someone explain to me how pools work? Like how many people in each, and how many make it to the next round? I'm hearing different things so if somebody can reidorate that would be great. Thanks!

But your still assigned a specific pool with so many players right? Is it similar to how apex worked last year with bracket pools with 4 advancing?

Each pool is just the main bracket split up into parts to make it easier to run.

The discount code for hotel rooms at the venue has expired I believe. However, there's a Holiday Inn like half a mile away from the venue and it's like $25 cheaper per night than the original discounted price of the venue hotel. That's where I'm staying with my group.

Any chance someone could snag me and Dakpo up from Philadelphia International Airport on Thursday? We get in at 7pm. We could just take public transit to the hotel, but considering that would be a grueling 4 hours, figured I'd ask and see if it was convenient for anyone!

Sadly, this is the first Apex I'm missing. It hurts because I've been to every single Apex so far. I'm transitioning into a new job this week and have moving to do this weekend, so I have pretty legitimate johns for not being able to come.

Still hurts though

Just to once again note, the melee ruleset:

still contains no mention of master hand or freeze glitch being banned. In fact it also doesn't say anything about stalling except under the Wobbling clause:

"Wobbling is legal. Wobbling past 250% will be considered stalling and is not allowed."

Where here it is ambiguous whether stalling in general is banned or whether merely stalling by means of excess wobbling is banned.

venue fee is $20 and yes u can just play friendlies, but u still need 2 pay
