I THREW IT TO THE GROUND AT THE TV!

No. That seems stupid and wasteful.

I throw my TV at my controller.
lol I laughed when I read that.

And I don't throw my controllers at the TV because I paid good money for them and breaking them would just be plain stupid. I do bash the buttons down (as in really hard) and curse a lot when I get mad when playing video games.

What kind of idiot would actually throw their controller at the television?

Most people have enough common sense to throw it on the ground instead of the easily-breakable telly.

I do recall thinking of throwing the controller at the television, but I've always ended up tossing it at the ground.

Mostly hitting the controller on the ground, like most others here say. If I did throw my controller at the TV, the money I have could buy a new TV! (6" wide)

My controller throws me at the tv when I'm playing F-Zero GX. Probably to tell me to stop.

If a game really pisses me off, I just lightly toss my controller aside and then put the disk back in it's case, then take it to Play N Trade....

Not anymore. I did used to throw my NES controller (the NES "max") at the TV, and hard too. It was an old *** TV, though, you could throw a roll of quarters at it and it'd just laugh. The controller still worked ok, and I got the satisfaction I needed... to pick it back up and try again for the millionth time. Now for the life of me I can't remember which game I was playing, but I think it was LoZ but it might have been Rygar.

I broke an Atari joystick once when I was playing Pole Position.
