I'm always having trouble timing the Up-B Walljump, is there any good timing for it?

I mean, is there a place in the Ping or in Mario's Movement that gives a more obvious time to do the Walljump.

at the very peak of the upB right before he starts to fall again

Right before he spins and falls. Or if you have very good hand to ear coordination like I, the very end of his *Boing* noise.

err..
if you are 'leaning' against the wall and using upB,
as soon as the 'boing' sound finishes tap analog stick to opposite direction.

but if you upB to the wall, or you are leaning against sloped wall, the timing is different...
i can't get this done. i did twice on the sloped wall in my life...

Yeah, that is true. I dont really know how I wall jump after the B-up, I just have the timing down I guess, but yeah. Once you get it down, it is simple from there.

go to Fourside and put 99 lives or no time limit on and just go to town practicing it. the thing is though is after you do it once dont stop cause you can do it again on aslong as you hug the wall after the jump. its fun stuff.

how do you walljump directly from hanging without edgehopping or using your second jump?

You drop down, second jump while hugging the wall of the stage, grab the ledge, then you press away.
