It's traditional Chinese (you know how when you go to language options, there's always traditional and simplified Chinese?), which was used in China during the 1800s. People, don't speak that way anymore, but someone fluent in Mandarin can still read and understand it.seriously?

would it be easy to understand for someone fluent in Chinese? (Cantonese or Mandarin, since its the same when written, right?)
are they all pronounced quite differently?
In Mandarin (maybe Canto too, but IDK that), there are always 4 ways to pronounce any one word (not character, word). This is noted by little marks above a letter in the word. If you look at the "shi shi shi shi shi..." you can see that the little squiggle above the "i" is different.
