People may know about some tricks for pika but I doubt many of them actually practice the match up outside of the people that want to beat axe. I'm sure Hax or someone would've researched it but I don't think random falco #295 would know how to face a pikachu.

Marth is a safer option too I suppose. I just heavily don't recommend Falco since everyone and their mother knows that match up nowadays. And if your tech is slightly off, you'd likely get hit with a fatal punish.

As for Venue fee... I'm on the fence. Functionally I think I need to charge $10 venue, but I would like to keep it as cheap as possible. I'm going to say $10 now because... well it's what can be afforded, but know that I'm trying to lower that.
