A message from Mrs. Roberts that she told Sariku to pass along after he visited her:

I want to say how much I appreciate that Ryan had such good friends that cared about him and saw the kind, gentle, loving spirit that I saw in him.

If anyone is interested they can make a contribution to a scholarship fund in memory of Ryan Roberts to the University of Mississippi Foundation. If they send a check, they need to put "In Memory of Ryan Roberts" in the memo section of the check. (bottom left). Or if you want to give online, you can do so by logging onto the U.M. Foundation.com and click the link that says "Make a Gift" and in the comment section put "In Memory of Ryan Roberts." so it will go into his fund and not just a general fund.

Thank you very much for your willingness in holding this tournament in honor of my son and helping fund this scholarship program.

Oh my god, I don't check my computer for two days and THIS happens.

I've said this in the n00b memorial threads, but I want to say it here, too, cuz this is my home thread. I'm proud to be part of such an amazing family. And we all really are a family, guys. The lengths that people are going for our lost friend just blows my mind, and tears my heart apart that I won't be able to be a part of it. That's love, y'all.

N00b was the most likeable guy I've ever known. In all the times I've been with him, they were nothing but laughs. I don't think I ever got him down to one stock, but it was always just so fun to be around him.

I'm sorry if I'm jarring more tears among you, but I had to say my peace. I love you NES N00b. I know you'll be waiting for us when we get there.

j00t, you're getting the biggest hug ever next time I see you. You too, Winnar.

I just wish I could have the chance to tell him how much he meant to me, as a player and as a friend.

Wanted to say this before, but smashgiving last saturday was kickass. New super mario bros. wii speedrun was too good. And yet another waffle house coincidence...the plot thickens.

I want to be at Zero's this Saturday(PPL mm's oh man) but I probably won't.

I really want to play that new mario wii game. Professional smasher Will underscore is probably pro in it already so he would't want to play with me. =(

I suppose I could find time to amuse myself with the skills of lower class gamers. Speak with my publicist, he will schedule a tournament where you can grace yourself with my presence. *flips hair back*

But yeah I'm probably going to bring NSMBW to every tournament/smashfest, cause 4 player co-op is the best part about it. And yes you can call dibs on Luigi lol.

Also, if you guys have drums/mic/guitar for the playstation 2, we can hook up Guitar Hero 5.

Or you can bring a Rock Band setup (360/PS2)

And NSMBW would be totally awesome.

i just fell down a whole set of stairs and now my back hurts like hell and i cant really move...

i found my car keys though.

i was getting ready to post here that i lost them and couldnt go to the tourney anymore.

i guess a f'd up back is worth having a car and a key to my place again.

That's three times the legal limit for drunk driving (0.08). And once you hit a BAC of .3 you are entering potentially lethal territory.
