Hardly! JPW was worse. He was doing terrible while throwing behind the best offensive line in the country. Our line this year isn't as strong as it was last year, losing Andre Smith made sure of that.

Alabama does have a five star QB recruit for next season, the top ranked recruit in the country. So hopefully we'll get one good quarterback for the first time in...thirty years.

Is there any counterargument to Brawl only being an easier version of Melee, or has this been conceded by everyone?

I think brawl and melee are not the same game and cant really be put in that comparison.

and ummmmmm i think the melee days would have been chill as hell.
like people talked **** all the time and it was fun.
but now someone talks **** and then everyone hates them.

like there was so much hype and **** talking... and i think thats what makes a game fun.
now at brawl tournaments all you hear is "ggs. YEAH CLOSE MATCHES!"
and if someone tries to have fun... oh... god... we are clearly not being proffesional good boys anymore. and brawl is such an lol game now. why the **** dont we have fun at tournaments anymore?

what happened to the smash community around the time that i started getting active?
to put it bluntly, alot of you turned into pussys.

this isnt aimed at munkus at all, but im sure GA peach and them will take it as that an run with the idea :/

P.P.S. Yeah Slam you totally missed when smashboards was cool. When it was just melee everyone was happy to know that they weren't the only ones having a ton of fun with the game. Everyone was super chill and just wanted to get better and hang out to have fun playing smash. All this ******** drama really only occasionally happened between east and west coast, but even then it was mostly in good fun. This isn't trash talk, this is being rude and then justifying it by saying the offended party can't take a joke. Which is stupid.

Though, there wasn't much crap in it to begin with. As I explained to my friends: Borderlands is like a fun Fallout3 with multiplayer.

Obviously you don't understand what the **** time it is if you thought smashboards back then was everyone getting along and just playing the game. You had your region, or your state, and all the other jerk offs everywhere else can eat a ****. You told them mofo's to go **** themselves. Generally for good measure you told them to go *** their momma as well. And then you met up at an actual tournament and the matches were actually intense as trash because there was some actual pride on the line.
