would you honestly **** over your family's life caring for some tard who'll never amount to anything but a giggling mess who never leads a "good" life, if they can even comprehend whats beyond lunch-time that day?

If one knows their (baby) will be born with like, 0 chance of being normal, and just be a total burden on everyone who's around you...why go through with it? Sure you can argue the baby deserves life, but what kind of life is it gonna have?

if they need to be attached to machines to live, cannot comprehend anything beyond their daily dose of chocolate milk, etc, etc...things that SEVERELY handicap a person to being nothing more than a burden on their family / cannot function at all is sadly something not worth the time and effort, as theyd never experience anything in life to begin with...

Im not saying "this one has a defect, kill it", Im talking about the severe cases where the person is essentially a shell with a pair of lungs and the brainpower of an eggplant kind of deal. In those situatons, what kind of "life" would we be granting to them anyways?

Actually I'd rather live in a world where life is valued over materialism. Living in a world where people deem other peoples lives unworthy because of some, probably materialism fueled, views would be a terrible world to live in. Not murdering > Murdering for materialism.

Im talking about things where you'd be a friggen vegetable and wouldnt even be able to COMPREHEND OR EXPERIENCE LIFE, or be in severe pain all the time, etc, etc...

If it was done in a humane way, if it was a severely disabled, blind, deaf, SEVERELY mentally ******** person who was always in pain, I would see euthinasia as an option. It's not that they're un-equal to us, but ask yourself, would YOU want to live like that? Before you say anything about me not liking the handicapped I will say I have a mentally ******** friend. He isn't SEVERELY ********, he can make certain decisions on his own, he has a life worth living. This isn't an option for him. But what about those with a life that isn't really a life? Is being hooked up to a Machine to let you live, getting fed by a tube, unable to comprehend a **** thing really a "life"? Would YOU live like that? Do you think these people even have the slightest Idea what a life is? When your body can only preform what it takes to stay alive, thats not life. Thats WORSE than death.
