Well, back in MY day, MLG would provide all the set ups for us, so we'd pay a slightly higher venue fee, but we wouldn't have to worry about there being too few TV's.

Most people charging venue fees are doing it to make a quick buck, to buy some new shoes, etc etc. So they have no problems getting rid of the fee for bringing TV's, because otherwise they couldn't run a tournament, and they couldn't buy that new pair of shoes.

We, on the other hand, are charging a fee with the intent to grow as a business. I'm not getting paid for this, the money is going straight back into the company.

They bought 6 melee discs yesterday. He already had 4, i'm bringing some more as well.

I forgot to update this too, but the original venue fee was 9 and we brought it down to 8. However, we cannot provide a free meal, as explained in the 1st post :/

And Lucky, i think you CAN bring a set up, but we'll have 12 set ups there, it really won't be necessary.
