Ok so OAFP returns this saturday night, assuming people can make it.

I've had what I think is a great idea for Pie rules: You get to ban 2 characters to be used against you (per opponent). Now before you say 'that's stupid everyone will ban MK', consider things. Most characters #1 worst MU is NOT MK. Ganon has worse against IC & samus, for example. DK has D3 and possibly IC's. Granted, no-one plays ICs in canberra, but the prinicple still applies.

is the point to force everyone to play non-mains, or to even the field in terms of MU/skill, pie? Because your idea certainly accomplishes the first, but doesn't really do anything about the second.

Luke I can't remember what idea you had, I know it was good though.

I would definitely like people to play outside their mains, just to give the ACT players experience against a wider range of characters. MU experience is our biggest weakness, we have the skill lto compete now.

I suppose I should probably look at ideas that change something about matches other than character choice though.
