A Melee Awards Thread?

I've always had an urge to do this, but i wanna see what people would think IF i did this. i was thinking of a smash awards, with a bunch of catergories and nominees, just for fun. like, here are 2 examples.

Most Valuable Teammate
Lucky
Lozr
Jman
Plup

Most Technical Player Award
Silent Wolf
Lovage
Javi
SFAT


These are just examples of things that would be in this. People would private message me their choices or something and then it'll be an awards thread. Would anyone be up to taking this challenge or willing to do it? And does anyone think its a good idea? Would people want to participate and vote?

Could introduce a points system and give the top person a trophy for highest point total

(So like the Presidents Trophy in Hockey)

so like. Nationals = 5 Points. Regionals = 3 Locals = 1. Add it all up and there you go!

Fan-Favourite Award.

Rookie/Up In Comer of the Year. Players New to the Scene who made an Impact. Players who's skill/Results jumped drastically over the past year.

Things of this sort.

Plup, Lucky and Jman can all hold there own. So can Lozr but I'd say he's the worst out of the 4.

I'd say its M2K. After Apex Armada even said that M2K was the one getting all the ko's for them. Regardless, those 3 are the best candidates.

Yeah M2K played like a BEAST in WF. The thing is not Peach SUCKS when it comes to KO those chars. I also think the better me/Jason play as a team (especially against floatys and especially when he is playing Fox) the more KOs he gets cause he is the one that in most cases should end the team combo because of fox really strong uair (and also in neutral game fox is 10 times better at KO but Peach has other REALLY good strentghs in teams and that is stuff I take care about).

Well Jason is a ****ing beast in teams and for sure one of the best teamplayers in the world
