So I got 17th out of 179 this weekend using / at a big Midwest regional. Not my best performance but I'll do better next time. Cloud helps a lot certain MUs for sure. I've been labbing him a lot and will be uploading videos of me using him as time goes on. I'm a ranked player from MI so I'm hoping to add to the Cloud meta.

Oh also, I had some training sessions with Ally's Cloud and he taught me a lot. Such as Climhazzard can kill me off the side as early as 0% with Rage. I'll upload it, it was crazy lol.

Yeah they really are, which is why when you venture into those threads, tread carefully. They really get on your case for not following their rules/ guidelines among other reason that I cannot name.

Oh well. Just don't go on there again, 7NATOR. They're pretty strict over there, which isn't necessarily bad, but for you I'd say it's like walking into the lions' den.

As I recall no one dared you to go to any boards you were warned not to go.

Word of advice, though: don't make a lot of posts on the Sonic, Link, or Sheik boards. Not a lot of nice people go there, honestly.

But then you let your ignorance get the best of you and went, so in all honesty an infraction was probably the appropriate response you were asking for it.

Even more reasons to go there!

But my advice for having people take you more seriously is to try to not ask questions all the time. Instead, look around and find some neato fact about Cloud's mechanics and stuff to post. Then maybe write what you think about it, things like that. It makes you sound sophisticated.

Also try to not post a whole lot. 10 posts per day total is a nice good way to know you've hit limit (unintended pun).

And now we can have a peaceful Social here without people being rude.

Alright, I think this whole infraction thing blown off now

So My Smash Corner did a video about Lagless ledge getup, and what you can do with this.

Characters who can do this include Little Mac,Lucina,Peach, Donkey Kong

Stages include Lylat Cruise,Battlefield, Smashville

My question is if Cloud can do it, and on what stages

Not sure if Cloud can do the lagless ledge getup, but I'll make sure to test it later to find out. I haven't found anything other than "It might be possible" after looking it up though. Hope you can find something on it.

I MIGHT be, but I haven't played the others to prove this. I know TTTTTsd and @XenoBrawler610 are a couple of noteworthy ones.

I'm considered to be a high level player. And I am ranked #8 in one of the strongest states in the United States. I don't call myself "really good" though, I have much I can improve upon

I am actually asking, in case I have questions about the character and if I want to talk meta game with people. I believe in working closely with the community to achieve progress. It helps me to know who I need to talk to when I want to have a meeting on the minds. I plan on co-maining Cloud with MK for ultimate flexibility and coverage.

Yyyeah... Kind of a dead place right now as far as metagame discussion and contributions go.

Good stuff on your placing btw. I don't post often here, but I'm one of Alberta's (province in Canada) top ranked players as Cloud & Sonic. I've taken sets off of Alphicans, 2ManyCooks, Exodia and many of our other top players and usually take sets to the last game. Also just recently beat GGA.Dan and Tokyokami at Genesis 3 (with Sonic, but my Winners Finals pools were against Umeki whom I had some close games with as Sonic and then Cloud). I definitely feel like I've improved since Genesis 3 as everyone has had more time to play with Cloud and get to know him better.

I'm not too great with Cloud i'd say i'm fairly decent with him but nothing note worthy, but I do know the character fairly well to discuss meta and matchups. I always try to face more experienced players and improve that way.
