2-Day MLK Smashfest/BBQ at JCaesar's Farm, Westminster, MD (1/19 & 20)

I said earlier that I don't want anyone here before 10, but we know no one is getting here that early, so I'm going to encourage people to get here around noon or 1pm. I'll start grilling up some burgers and stuff around 2 or 3, then I'm thinking we'll all hit Buffalo Wild Wings around 7 or 8. Sound good to everyone?

Has anyone found out if Yoster is driving?
And yes, please bring setups, I only have a Wii and a gamecube.

unfortunately i can't help anyone with rides. I wish I could have though.
I will have wii/recording setup? Quality isn't that good yet though, but I have a different setup i'd like to try, especially if we do crew battles.

Yes, it is lightly snowing here but it will stop soon, and I'm grilling inside the garage anyway (like I said in the OP, it's very big). I will keep the driveway clear.

If you have a super duper mega awesome wireless reciever you can.
Edit: Westminster is cooler than hagerstown, and there is smash, therefore, there is no good logical reason your g/f should not come here, because it's worth the drive.

It is snowing right now. Hopefully it doesn't last too much longer. The roads seem ok and I'm keeping the driveway clear.
Plank our neighbors have wireless and you can kinda pick it up in some spots.
Edit: Snow seems to be dying down, and the roads are fine. If you were worried about the weather, don't be a *****.

Great times today everyone who came. Special thanks to JFox, Vanz, and DJ Nintendo for coming all the way from New Jersey for this. We're doing it again tomorrow. People can come over whenever. Since people didn't come today until late, we didn't get to grilling anything, so we'll fire up the grill tomorrow afternoon. Hope to see some of the people who said they would come actually come.

Plenty of melee last night and plenty of brawl. We had 4 setups going and there was never a wait to play. This is what you are missing out on. Bring tv's and wii's as there is still more room. No snow johns today!

Don't bother coming today, no one's here. New Jersey just left.
After spending around $80 on food for the dozens of people who said they were coming and then didn't show (except for New Jersey and a few people from northern MD), I don't think I'm gonna bother trying to host smash events anymore. What a waste of time and money.
