Reason gil's stats aren't as high in FSN is:
1. He has no master (let alone one who was as strong as Tokiomi)
2. The grail 'polluted' him.
His entire existence in FSN other than his brief stint of being Shinji's servant (which barely helped his stats), was him being the king of mother ****ing heroes and actually technically a living human being (he lost most facets of what a heroic spirit was after grailxplode; he was aging, he couldn't take on spirit form, nor does he overly use prana just by living [he needs to suck the lives out of children to maintain his NPs and whatnot], I forget whether or not in the Fate route whether he was completely evaporated by Sabaaarrrr or he disappeared/faded away like other servants).
The grail hurt his affinity to the gods as well.
BUT, no matter, Ea is still 'anti-world' so gee

Considering all this, I'm mad salty Sakura could even touch him at all.
And yes, I was referring to chaotic good.
In a way Gilgamesh wasn't "evil" prior to the grailxplode. But I wouldn't have aligned him as good either, kinda more neutralish. He spared people's lives as well as had some sense of honour. Plus in a "historical/the epic of' light, he was definitely chaotic, but his whole sleeping with every wife of every man, saving the world from ishtar being a ho, and etc etc could have pointed him towards good.
