A term that's not really usable anywhere else, like real life.

Arecibo no es mucho de una jungla, aunque... normalmente a casi nadie le interesan las areas donde hay mucha vegetacion y bosques... si vuelves a Arecibo, ve con otras personas y ve a un mall o algo, pq del resto del pueblo, se me parece a una version mas calurosa de Utuado... Anyways, yo no voy mucho pa Arecibo, pero cuando estaba en PR, casi siempre estaba en Hatillo, o sea, en el mall o visitando gente.
Que aburrimiento, ya manana vuelvo pa PR, pero todavia quiero quedarme 1 o 2 dias mas, quiero volver a la tienda de Nintendo pa retar a los empleados en Smash aunque ahora mismo me podria ganar cualquiera, lleva 2 semanas sin jugar Melee.

Bueno, si alguien quiere jugar smash, pues no problem, o sea, la juego siempre y cuando alguien quiera jugar. Juego mas SC porque aqui hay mas liga de SC que en Smash(estoy hablando de Arecibo) y pues, jugar un juego solo es aburrido.

Y cojo el control asi porque cuando jugaba SC2 en GC lo cojia asi mismo y se me quedo la costumbre (se me hace mas comodo tambien).

Only one guy knew how to WD with Fox, the rest were a Ground-Pound abuser, a Mario maniac, some crap out of a Link, we obviously smashed the crap out of everyone who faced us, even some guy said to the other players "Advice, take on Ness", me being the Ness user, jeje!! I feel like a champ or something.

Time to stop the ranting, TOMORROW, Bubbleman and Aeon are going back to Puerto Rico, so maybe, if I have time, I'll get my cube to work and play some SSBM, since classes start on August 8(CRAP!!!), and I'll be studying and all.

Alright boys and girls, I never really post on here but even though I was at the tournament (didn't participate cuz I'm a scrub, well, I did in SC 3), I really just wanted to see Vain post the full list of who got what on the tournament. Unfortunately I had to dig through a bunch of bull****. But now thanks to Doji's enlightening toto post, I just realized why I suck so much. Congrats to the winners and to saca el pollo for running its tournament. It went really well and I think it gives the PR community a chance to enjoy all types of fighting games, not only smash.

Rod owes me some rum by the way. Had a couple "issues" at home so I had to leave a little earlier. Doji, did you guys have an after tournament drinking fest? If so, you guys suck.

Hi guys it's me MOCA well I finally finished my work as a student counselor for now. Well I posting to tell you guys that I had a great time in The tourney "The Arrival" I fought many great battles and spend some quality time with my friends. I want to congratulate my friend Cross he really fought well (Oviously he's from Moca) . SC3 was also great.

wow, wait a sec, was my last post deleted, or am I kinda blind? Anyways, I think I learned a thing or two without playing, because I was aiming so perfectly my PK thunder 2s the other day on NintendoWorld without failing, I was amazed at my skills for a minute, well, I hope to get my cousin's GC and my Smash copy and play on the week, or instead play some Duck Hunt on my NES.

Ok, so I wasen't REALLY sure of the meaning that HDL gaved to the word "scrubs"

Scrub: A person who is not good at something and has flawed views/mental obstacles on a given subject.

So I went to www.wikipedia.com and looked, so here it goes...

Scrub or scrubs may refer to:

* Scrubs (TV series), a television sitcom based on characters working in a hospital
* Scrubs (clothing), a kind of clothing designed for medical staff performing surgery
* "No Scrubs", a song by TLC on their 1999 album Fanmail
* Scrub (gaming), a video game player who loses because he is unable, or refuses, to use certain powerful characters or techniques
* First scrub, a particular member of a surgical team
* Deku Scrub, a fictional race in The Legend of Zelda
* Scrubber, an industrial gas-pollution control device
* Low-lying vegetation predominant in scrubland. See also shrub.
* To scrub audio or video content is to move the currently viewed or heard part of it backwards or forwards in order to locate something in it quickly.

For strange odd reasons this post makes me incredibly sad in the pants, if you bothered to look in a gaming website like www.sirlin.net or www.shoryuken.com your post wouldn't look as....pathetic as it came out to be.
Wikipidia is sadly very incomplete and flawed, specially about video game terms.

Also the term scrub was in the article, it was somewhat incorrect as the term Scrub refers to the mental obstacle, not picking the strongest characters because is "cheap" is just one of those obstacles

In my own words a Scrub would be those people that halt the evolution and betterment of gaming by putting "cheap" lables and excuses rather than putting enough work to overcome such tactics. Scrubs like to use words such as cheap, dishonorable, life, girlfriend and school. Even in real life there where scrubs, in the war of independence the netherlands troops stood in a line and shot against the enemies while the americans hid behind stuff and attacked from the back using cheap and dishonorable tactics, thus they won the war with less firepower, Thats cuase they where fighting scrubs. (The story may be in no way historically acurrate or true, but it gives a good point)

My point is you buy gas at the gas station and a ***** enlargement pump at the porn shop. Don't go looking for gaming information at the church cause the preist will condemed you.

Sirlin, as well as us, are naíve of the concepts of the citric acid cycle at a high level. So if someone who does know about it calls us a scrub, is he flaunting any type of superiority? No, he is simply pointing out that we don’t understand those concepts at a high level, and because of that naívete we would not know what we’re talking about if we try to speak about it.

I have no need to call someone a scrub to make myself look cool or better.

And they can't unlock all the characters because they don't use Memory Cards in they're GC's
