yeah , you're right , Tikao is only an anagram of Kaito xD ... but i don't even know it could mean blue in german? "blau" means blue ... ok , the story behind my name ... once upon a time , there was a guy named "Nico" (my real name) , so he needed a name for playing ssbb , but he knows , that he is very uncreative by finding names for anything , so he used some random name generator , and generated random names , a lot of names , because the most sounded ****ty to him ... and then ,i ... i mean , he took the name Kaito ... after a year of using this name(or maybe after more than a year) , he noticed , that you can change your control-settings , so he tryed out some individual settings ...but there was a problem , he needed new names for new controlls , so he made a lot of anagrams ... one of them was Tikao (because it's the best anagram in my .... in his opinion ... and after reading like a year in the Ness-boards off smf , to improve his Ness more than just read advises , he signed up , and the Name Kaito was already taken ... so he used his anagram Tikao ...

... he also changed his name in the german smash boards (like this side , but for the german Community , and not that big xD) from Kaito to Tikao , so there wouldn't be any difference ... but everybody is calling me .... him Kaito

I don't play Yoshi seriously, i get gimped too easily. But I do enjoy him as a random throw out there because he is one of my favourites as an actual video-game character.

I've used MK very occasionally but don't consider him serious either, I can at least do something with him.

The one character I absolutely cannot use at all is DDD.

In any case, remember that you are better than millions and millions of people who play this game. At your skill level, you're also better than a bunch of people who play it competitively. In terms of getting better, keep an eye out to see if you're doing anything wrong.

Tbh, analysing your strategy, I can't say I see what's wrong with it. Our Nesses play very alike, I just happen to get more hits in. Dunno, I might just be spamming more haha. But yeah, please don't quit smash because of me and most of all, don't quit because you're losing and thinking it sets you back. It doesn't, you always improve. Always.

I dunno how better to explain it than that. But please trust me when i say you're not a bad player and you are getting better. Remember when I first met your Ness? I totally destroyed him. Now our matches are far closer and you consistently get me to last stock or high percentage second stock before I kill you. And i'm getting better myself. Put it in perspective.

Maybe you just need a win on someone, to re-affirm that you ARE getting better. I wish you could just see yourself from where i'm sitting...

You've gotta not let it frustrate you so much man. I hit the same block when I first versed you, it was a wake-up slap to me that i needed to improve. And i did. it's thanks to you that I learnt the need to space and how to do it. Even BC couldn't teach me that: It was your ROB that shut down all of my options that made me realize I needed to improve.

Just remember, you can always improve. Neither of us have hit our skill cap yet, we're only beginning; all three of us (Ryuka, you and I) can all go so far. We just have to keep practicing and learning what we can do to better our playstyles. That comes naturally and forcing it only frustrates the person trying. That said, feel free to try out stuff and test stuff and incorporate it in to your playstyle, just try not to hate yourself because something's not working out or you don't know why you're losing.

And remember, it's wifail. The lag makes us do some incredibly stupid stuff.

But I actually find i'm enjoying the B/W-2 theme a lot ever since my friend introduced me to it. It's really cool! It's like, 'yeah, this is a game but lets have fun and it's epic and nothing else can stop it!'

Yes, early in my second stock he sent me offstage and PKT1 gimped me. That was insane for online play. That said, I got some funky kills myself. :>

Getting better at brawl, taking the dog for more walks (i.e. taking him whenever I go to the shop, whether I feel like it or not). That's my resolution for now.

Planned? I have my friend coming over tomorrow. Also, I just versed Tikao. He's got a half-way decent online Ness, it's rather hard to react to what he does. I won the majority of matches but i had a few surprises. How did you do?

Ah! The three he uses most are Toon Link, Sonic and Meta Knight.

And i've gotten too flashy fishing for the Dtilt lock all the time around him. It's so funny to watch his face when he gets put in that lock. That was when I was first learning it though. I'm a little more reserved now. :o

A friend of mine is coming over in two days. He plays brawl (albeit casually: He hates me/Lucas because I Dtilt lock him soooo hard... i'm gonna let him know how to avoid it soon. it's just too much fun! ) so us three and you? Or if Rascal is over, two vs. two, seeing as my friend will probably settle for watching for a while?

That's not entirely true... i've been to a bunch of tournaments and the people are really great. That said, what happens on the NSW boards is... horrendous, sometimes. >.<

Aww i'm sorry man, my brother's been downloading war z. It's like day z only it's made by a company that swears they came up with the idea originally and everyone else is calling bull because the graphics are not even as good as Oblivion's: You can tell they made this game in a rush to get money. It's so glitchy and you can die from so much as encountering different gradients when walking down-hill. That said, it's still rather fun. :o
