Hey Stingers, so UTDZac told me about this program he made for keeping up with Power Rankings. He used it to make the Texas PR: http://www.smashboards.com/showthread.php?t=226443 and more about it is explained in there. I think it would be a good thing to do for NC Power Rankings.
