Maybe....but until I can beat Sushi with my Marth I won't think so....however I have made progress, so I could very well beat him next time. I need to think up tricks, which is tough for Marth but I'll make it work because MK is stupid and needs to lose to someone other than MK...or Snake.

I blame NL for being too dang good with him. He'd probably do better with MK but whatever.
Diddy is really good though, so when more than just NL start ****** in major tournies, then I'll believe it.

Marth is actually getting little tourney rep lately (especially in the east) so maybe if I learn the matchup well enough I can surprise some people.
I can't ever avoid MK's obvious advantages, but I have found out some things anyway...
MK vs MK is stupid though. I mean really, really stupid. You can say "no johns" but at the end of the day it comes down to Snake vs MK or MK vs MK and MK vs MK is stupid.
I guess it doesn't really help me to learn to beat a campy MK does it? I wish he would play normally...
I have learned how to approach MK better though, and understand how the character works better. A foundation for the matchup at large has been laid, and there's no point in just leaving it to go to waste imo.
I friendlied Sushi after the tourney, and I almost won. It can be done. I know it.
I will begrudgingly begin strategizing my MK now though....even though I have to swallow my pride to a degree...
Holy...it's not that simple. Having a johns blanket statement to cover this situation doesn't change the fact that....ah screw it I know when things aren't worth it.
I need to friendly more Marth vs MK. I WILL learn to do it. I refuse to play Snake though.

He camped....with MK. MK is the better version of Marth and I still took him to last stock moderate percent both times before I had no choice than to bring it back to 3-2 me with MK.
Second set I went MK and 3-1'd him, he started to catch on to me because I was really predictable. The matches were close.
The ONLY reason I ever play MK is when I'm
1. Outclassed (not in the way you're thinking)
2. Pissed at Ali
3. vs MK
That's it. I can justify why I should go MK in all of those situations (cept maybe Ali, and the outclassed one I'd really rather go Marth unless they play Snake or MK anyway).
